Southwest Airline is Getting Ready to come to Hawaii

The government shutdown delayed Southwest Airline providing service to Hawaii, but it is making progress. A Boeing 737-800 belonging to Southwest Airlines arrived at Honolulu International Airport on Tuesday. Southwest still has to go through FAA authorization process and landing in Hawaii is one of them. Southwest service being offered is expected to bring more competition to the flight services to Hawaii and it should have positive impact on the tourism to Hawaii. Southwest irline announced plans last year to offer nonstop service to Hawaii from California.
